Retention of Email and SMS History in ReagoCRM: What You Need to Know

To ensure secure and transparent operation of ReagoCRM, while also complying with data protection regulations, we would like to inform you about an important rule regarding the storage of your communication history.

How long do we retain email and SMS history?

For each customer account in ReagoCRM, we retain the history of sent emails and SMS messages for a period of 2 years. After this period, the data is automatically deleted from the system.

This applies to:

  • the content of messages,

  • delivery information,

  • open and click statistics (for emails),

  • and other details related to a specific campaign or message.

Why is the data deleted?

This policy complies with our internal data management rules and with legal data protection requirements (e.g., GDPR). Regular deletion of older data helps to:

  • keep your account organized,

  • enhance data security,

  • and optimize system performance.

What can you do?

If you wish to keep your email or SMS history for longer than 2 years, we recommend that you:

  • regularly export important data in a format that suits your needs (e.g., CSV, PDF),

  • or set up your own archiving process outside of ReagoCRM.
